Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an International Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling daily customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer service inquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The International Customer Service Representative will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
