Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product or service-related queries.

Provide accurate information and resolve complaints within defined timelines.

Meet performance targets such as quality, call handling and customer satisfaction scores.

Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be comfortable with -

Rotational Shift

5.5 Working days (Depending on business requirements)

Work from office

Candidate must be fluent in english.

Prior experience in a BPO/ customer support process preferred but not mandatory.
