Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound emails from customers regarding suspected fraudulent transactions

Investigate disputed or suspicious transactions and raise appropriate fraud claims or case tickets

Meet defined KPI- quality, AHT , CSAT and compliance score

Preferred candidate profile

Should be a Graduate (Mandatory)

Should not have gaps in their CV

The candidate should have banking knowledge, and should have basic fraud & dispute knowledge

Should have CIBIL score more than 680+

Should be flexible with night shifts
