Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers in a professional and efficient manner. Your role will involve handling customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner - Identify and escalate priority issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills at C1 level are mandatory - Graduates and undergraduates are both eligible for this position - Minimum 1 year of international Customer Support experience is required, with a preference for those with a healthcare background Please note that the company provides a 5-day working schedule with 2 rotational week-offs. You will be required to work in rotational shifts, and a two-way cab facility is available within the hiring zone for your convenience.,
