Job Description

You are seeking Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills to join as a Call Center Representative (Voice) for US Shifts (Night Shifts) in Pune. As a Call Center Representative for US Mortgages, you will assist applicants during various stages of the loan application process, including handling customer changes in circumstances such as rate or product adjustments. Your role is crucial in delivering top-notch customer experiences while actively engaging with Home Equity customers. To excel in this position, you must obtain a mortgage loan originator license from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (Registry) and maintain it annually. It is essential to update licensing information promptly and provide the unique identifier to consumers as required by relevant SAFE Act regulations and company policies. You will be responsible for conducting outbound and inbound mortgage customer service calls in a call center setting, processing residential loan applications, reviewing application and disclosure packages, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail, customer service focus, and ability to work with loan origination systems are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess high energy, maintain a positive attitude, and have exceptional phone etiquette with fluent English communication skills. Being detail-oriented, results-driven, and having excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills are crucial. Proficiency in using various computer software programs related to loan origination and customer relationship management is required. Experience in a call center or telemarketing environment is preferred. New hires must pass national and state mortgage licensing exams within the initial 90-day probationary period if not already licensed. Continuous education and compliance with federal and state loan origination regulations are mandatory.
