International Customer Service Representative

Role Overview: You are seeking Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills to join as a Call Center Representative (Voice) for US Shifts (Night Shifts) in Pune. As a Call Center Representative for US Mortgages, you will assist applicants during various stages of the loan application process, including handling customer changes in circumstances such as rate or product adjustments. Your role is crucial in delivering top-notch customer experiences while actively engaging with Home Equity customers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound and inbound mortgage customer service calls in a call center setting - Process residential loan applications and review application and disclosure packages - Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines - Obtain a mortgage loan originator license from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (Registry) and maintain it annually - Update licensing information promptly and provide the unique identifier to consumers as required by relevant SAFE Act regulations and company policies - Maintain a positive attitude and have exceptional phone etiquette with fluent English communication skills - Pass national and state mortgage licensing exams within the initial 90-day probationary period if not already licensed - Continuous education and compliance with federal and state loan origination regulations Qualifications Required: - Possess a mortgage loan originator license from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (Registry) - Proficiency in using various computer software programs related to loan origination and customer relationship management - Experience in a call center or telemarketing environment preferred - Self-motivated with high energy and exceptional phone etiquette - Detail-oriented, results-driven with excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills - Ability to work with loan origination systems and maintain compliance with federal and state loan origination regulations (Note: The additional details of the company have been omitted as per the provided Job Description),
