This is a remote role for an International Business Scout at Quivol. The International Business Scout will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across global markets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, identifying target clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to enter new markets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align business development initiatives with Quivol's overall strategy.
Conduct thorough research on international markets to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and assess the competitive landscape.
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with these leads.
Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to establish a network of contacts and generate leads.
Collaborate with the agency's internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the agency's capabilities and address the specific needs of potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients, ensuring that the agency's business objectives are met.
Work closely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
Monitor and track the progress of business development initiatives, providing regular reports and updates on key metrics and performance indicators.
Continuously update knowledge on global market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably with experience in the advertising or marketing industry.
Understanding of different cultural nuances and business practices in various international markets.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions to overcome challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.
Proficiency in English and other relevant languages is often required, depending on the target markets.
Ability to build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the advertising and marketing industry.
