International Business Development Manager

Role Summary:

Lead international business expansion for the company’s spices portfolio. Responsible for managing a team, driving export sales, and establishing long-term partnerships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and appoint distributors, agents, and channel partners in key international markets.
• Drive end-to-end business development from lead generation to order closure.
• Guide and mentor the BDE team to ensure target achievement.
• Analyze global spice market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and contracts with overseas clients.
• Represent the company in global exhibitions, trade delegations, and buyer-seller meets.
• Work closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA / PGDM in International Business or Marketing.
• 5–8 years of experience in international business development (preferably from Vasant Masala, MDH, Ramdev, Catch, or similar brands).
• Proven track record of managing export markets and achieving sales growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
