🌍 Requirement for CIS Region

To achieve its aggressive expansion plans for CIS country Biodeal is looking for good BD resource who will be based at our Corporate Office Noida.

1) Manager - International Business

• Candidate should have minimum 4 -5 years of relevant experience of generating new business in CIS countries with his strong network of local pharma manufacturers and distributors. 
• Candidate must have travelled the region frequently in respect to the business. 
• Speaking & reading Russian language is must.
• We will prefer a Male candidate for this job role as it demands extensive travelling.

2) Executive - IBD Operations

Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in back end support and Operations in a pharma company of repute.

• Candidate should be well versed in English and fair knowledge of Russian ( preferred).

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across assigned international regions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with global partners, distributors, and regulatory authorities
• Drive strategic initiatives to achieve sales and growth targets
• Conduct market analysis and support regional registration and commercialization efforts
• Represent Biodeal at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings

🔹 Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field

• 4 – 5 years of experience

  in international business development within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in handling regional markets independently
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
