Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through

  international sales outreach

  , cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Handle

  inbound and outbound calls

  to engage prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Develop and pitch services in

  Accounting, Tax, and KPO offerings

  to potential clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research to identify global prospects and business trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  in International Business Development, preferably in a

  KPO / Accounting / Tax / Outsourcing

  environment.
• Strong experience in

  lead generation

  ,

  cold calling

  , and client outreach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a

  night shift

  (US/UK markets).
• Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.
