Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for an International Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing international business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building strong communication channels with potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategies to expand the company's global reach, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in International Business Development and International Business strategies
• Strong skills in Market Research and Lead Generation
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in a global market
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience of 1-2 years in the IT industry and market
• Skills of pitching to the clients.

Work Day: 5.5 Days/Week

Location: Noida

Pay Structure: Fixed Salary + Performance Based Incentives
