Job Description

Handle customer queries and concerns through calls (voice) and chat/email (non-voice) . Deliver prompt and accurate responses while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and follow standard procedures for issue resolution. Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve complex issues. Maintain a professional attitude in high-pressure situations. Candidate Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Comfortable working in both voice and non-voice processes. Prior experience in an international BPO is preferred Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
