Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune for an International Business Process Outsourcing Executive. Responsibilities include managing communication and coordination between clients and business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with client needs, monitoring process performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. The candidate will also assist in developing strategies to optimize outsourcing processes and must maintain strong professional relationships with international clients.
