Job Description

Role Overview

Own the end-to-end intake, creation, and delivery of internal marketing assets for multiple functions (B2B, Insurance, Training, etc.). You ll run an in-house creative ops engine - standardizing briefs, prioritizing requests, managing production across static and video, and ensuring every deliverable is on-brand, on-time, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Request Intake & Prioritization

Operate a clear ticketing/brief system; triage requests, define scope, timelines, and dependencies; maintain production calendars and SLAs.

Creative Production Ownership

Lead creation across statics, videos, posters, banners, whitepapers, sales decks, event collaterals, and digital assets hands-on where needed; route work to CoE pods or vendors.

Project Management & Traffic Control

Build workbacks, assign owners, unblock dependencies, and track progress to delivery; manage multi-track workloads without slips.

Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance

Enforce brand guidelines, tone, and templates; run QA for copy, design, and final exports (formats, specs, localization, accessibility).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with B2B/Insurance/Training leads to clarify objectives and success criteria; translate business needs into sharp creative briefs.

Content Ops & Asset Library

Maintain a searchable asset library (versions, rights, raw files, templates); publish playbooks/checklists for repeatable requests.

Vendor & Budget Management

Source and manage freelancers/production houses; negotiate timelines/costs; ensure delivery quality and documentation.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Publish a monthly dashboard (throughput, TAT, revision rates, stakeholder satisfaction); refine SOPs, templates, and workflows based on data.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years in creative operations/marketing production/traffic management (in-house studio or agency)
  • Proven track record running intake-to-delivery workflows across design and video
  • Strong project management chops (Asana/Jira/ /Sheets); comfort with SLAs and calendars
  • Working literacy in design/video tools (Figma/Adobe CC/Premiere/After Effects); ability to brief specialists precisely
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and expectation setting
  • Detail-first mindset with high bar for craft, accuracy, and version control

Nice to Have

Experience in BFSI/fintech/edtech or B2B enablement
Familiarity with copy editing, localization, and accessibility standards
Prior ownership of an asset library/DAM and template systems
Event/campaign kit rollouts (regional adaptations, last-mile print/vendor specs)
