What You’ll Do

Content Storytelling & Writing

• Write compelling internal content—Emails, newsletters, blogs, cultural stories, leadership notes, and recognition spotlights.
• Turn everyday business updates into powerful stories that connect emotionally.
• Celebrate people stories that highlight Tredence’s talent, values, and spirit.

Email & Campaign Communication

• Be the go-to writer for all internal

  emails and announcements

  —from leadership updates to organizational changes.
• Draft crisp, clear, and engaging copy for

  company-wide campaigns, HR initiatives, cultural events, and recognition programs.

• Ensure every email reflects Tredence’s internal voice: authentic, human, and inspiring.

Leadership & Change Communication

• Draft speeches, scripts, executive notes, and presentation content for leaders.
• Translate complex business strategies into clear, accessible, and motivating messages for employees.

Consistency & Voice

• Shape and maintain the internal communication style guide and tone of voice.
• Ensure consistency and creativity across all employee touchpoints (emails, intranet, newsletters, campaigns).

Continuous Improvement

• Measure communication effectiveness through feedback, open rates, and engagement.
• Experiment with new formats (interactive content, visual storytelling, micro-emails) to keep communication fresh and relevant.

What You’ll Need

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in

  internal communication, corporate communication, or employer branding

  .
• Proven experience in writing

  high-volume, high-impact content and emails

  for employee engagement.

Passion for Writing

• A natural storyteller with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong ability to adapt tone and style across newsletters, leadership communication, and campaign emails.

Creative Flair

• Ability to make communication exciting and human, not just informative.
• Curiosity to explore innovative content formats and storytelling techniques.

Collaboration

• Skilled at working with HR, leadership, and marketing teams to translate business updates into meaningful content.
• Confident in advising stakeholders on messaging that influences employee experience.
