Were looking for an Internal Communications Manager / Senior Manager who is excited to shape how our teams stay informed, engaged, and energized. In this role, you’ll help bring our story to life, support key strategic initiatives, and ensure our

people have the clarity and confidence they need to excel.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, planning, storytelling, and partnering across teams, and who

wants their work to directly impact culture and team member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep Everyone Connected and Bring Stories to Life

  • Write clear, engaging updates for email, newsletters, intranet posts, and leadership messages.
  • Share news about business priorities, projects, and changes steam members understand what’s happening and why.
  • Help make information simple, accessible, and consistent across teams.
  • Highlight achievements, milestones, and people stories across internal channels.
  • Create content that showcases our culture and reinforces where are as a company.

  • Support Strategic Initiatives

  • Develop communication plans for key company projects and organizational changes.
  • Break down complex initiatives into clear updates team members can follow.
  • Prepare talking points, updates, and presentations for leaders and project teams.
  • Work closely with HR and leadership to ensure accuracy and alignment.

  • Help Leaders Communicate with Clarity

  • Draft messages, talking points, and scripts for senior leaders.
  • Support leaders in preparing for town halls, Q&A sessions, and internal events.
  • Offer guidance on tone, timing, and communication best practices.

  • Make Our Channels Work Smoothly

  • Manage our internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, emails, and
  • event communications.
  • Track engagement and look for ways to improve how we share information.
  • Help plan and execute internal events such as town halls and campaigns.

  • Support Client & External Communication Needs

  • Assist with client-facing updates and announcements, as required.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Client standards.
  • Partner with Marketing to amplify our story on social media and translate internal success int
  • global brand impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Communication strategist with 8–10+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for clarity and simplicity.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in straightforward language emphasizing culture and clarity.
  • Experience creating content across multiple channels.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Good judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage several projects at once.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with platforms like Workvivo or SharePoint.
  • Comfort supporting social media or employer branding content.
  • Familiarity with communicating change or strategic initiatives.
  • Basic design awareness or experience working with creative teams.
