Location: Flexible About Internal Audit Internal Audit function of the Bank, operates independently under the supervision of the Audit Committee of the Board and is responsible for providing an independent view to the Board of Directors and Senior Management on the quality and efficacy of the internal controls, risk management systems, governance systems and processes in place on an on-going basis This is provided to primarily ensure that the business and support functions are in compliance with both internal and regulatory guidelines

About the Role

Vigilance team is responsible for Adherence to timelines for completion of Vigilance investigation
Compliance with Timelines: i To conduct investigations into verifiable allegations reported during the course of the year and / or complaints received/assigned by CIV/Dy CIV and submission of reports for further consideration of the Disciplinary Authority ii Completion of investigation and submission of reports within stipulated timelines Comprehensiveness and quality of investigations, -Focus on Root Cause Analysis, Identification of Process / Control Gaps -Provide qualitative recommendations for improvement of processes and mitigation of corruption Risk -Identification and fixing of Staff Accountability -Maintaining evidences, records & documentation pertaining to investigations Assimilating intelligence during investigation about corrupt practices committed or likely to be committed by employees of the Bank which inter alia includes reviewing available information and providing necessary insights to the Dy CIV/CIV from a preventive vigilance perspective Assimilating intelligence during investigation about corrupt practices committed or likely to be committed by employees of the Bank which inter alia includes reviewing available information and providing necessary insights to the Dy CIV/CIV from a preventive vigilance perspective Effective use of analytical tools/ Data Analysis for innovatively driving vigilance process and identification of corruption risk during investigation - Dashboard for tracking status of investigation Examination of vigilance angle in investigation reports received from other verticals Trainings and skill set development: Development of Technical capabilities & Analytical skills through training Additional certification courses such as CISA, Data Science, AI/ML/RPA to be considered for updation of technical and Analytical skills sets Qualifications MBA/CA/ICWA 5 10 years experience in branch operations; 3-5 years as Branch Head / Operation Head Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Effective Knowledge of Banking Operations Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills) Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under flexible hours Should be able to travel for completing Assignments Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
