Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of internal audits in line with the approved annual audit plan.
Conduct transaction testing, data verification, and documentation reviews to evaluate compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Support in identifying control deficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Prepare and maintain detailed working papers, and assist in drafting audit observations, summaries, and reports.
Liaise with relevant departments to gather necessary information and clarify audit-related queries.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation status of audit recommendations and agreed corrective actions.
Ensure proper maintenance of audit documentation and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Stay informed about updates to RBI guidelines, internal audit best practices, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
