Job Description

We are looking experienced

Internal Auditor

for a reputed CBSE school for Gwalior.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).Professional certifications such as CA / CMA / CIA preferred.3–5 years of proven experience in internal auditing, preferably in schools, corporates, or service industries.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and risk management practices.Ability to conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.Proficiency in audit tools, ERP/financial software, and MS Excel.Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.Knowledge of statutory compliances, taxation, and school finance regulations will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute internal audits across departments (finance, HR, procurement, operations).Evaluate adequacy of internal controls and recommend improvements.Monitor compliance with school policies, financial regulations, and statutory norms.Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective action plans.Support management in risk assessment and fraud detection
