Job Description

Execution of Planned audits of Process / Products / Management and branches (CFD)
Preparation of Risk control matrix for the assigned audit.
End to end completion of audit including (planning, Scoping, Execution, reporting, management response and compliance of Action Taken Report (ATR))
Assisting Manager in preparation of Audit committee presentation.
Conduct audit of Retail assets products ( Gold Loan , LAP , Business Loan and vehicle finance (Loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, documentation, Collection and recovery)
Develop risk-based audit programs and checklist in line with regulatory compliance and product notes.
Review of end-to-end loan lifecycle for process gaps, mis-selling, deviation and fraud indicators.
Evaluate Early warning signals and delinquency trends in the retail asset portfolio.
Develop exception reports with audit analytics and on continuous monitoring.
Prepare audit reports highlighting gaps, risk exposures and control deficiencies.
Perform root cause analysis of audit observations.
Track implementation of audit recommendations and closure of audit issues
Conduct Thematic audits such as Trade advance, collection incentives, repossession audit, operations etc.
