Job Role: Fusion SCM Functional Lead- Hospitality Industry

Position Title:

Notice Period Immediate to 30 Days only

Role Overview

Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end implementation

  of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Self-Service Procurement.
• Act as the

  primary liaison

  with hospitality business stakeholders (Procurement, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Materials Management, Operations).
• Conduct

  requirement gathering workshops

  , document functional requirements, and design scalable system solutions aligned to hospitality processes.
• Configure Fusion SCM applications, prepare functional design documents, and support technical teams for reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage

  Conference Room Pilots (CRP), UAT, and Go-Live activities

  ; provide training and support to end-users.
• Collaborate with Finance and HCM teams to ensure seamless cross-module integration.
• Provide

  post-implementation support

  , resolve functional issues, and suggest process improvements tailored to the hospitality sector.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer across the project team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years

  of overall SCM domain experience, including at least

  6 years in Oracle Fusion SCM

  .
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Procurement (including hospitality-specific sourcing and vendor management)
• Inventory (materials management, warehouse, F&B stock controls)
• Order Management and Supply Chain Planning
• Demonstrated experience in the

  hospitality industry

  , preferably with hotels, resorts, or catering businesses.
• Proven track record of leading

  multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementations

  .
• Experience in

  integrations with Finance and HCM modules

  .
• Ability to manage stakeholders, drive workshops, and communicate effectively at all levels.
