Role Overview

Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end implementation

  and support of Oracle Fusion Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expenses.
• Act as the

  functional lead

  engaging with hospitality finance stakeholders (Hotel/Resort Finance Controllers, Accounts Teams, Procurement & F&B departments).
• Conduct

  workshops and requirement gathering sessions

  ; translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and optimize Fusion Finance modules in alignment with

  hospitality-specific processes

  (daily revenue postings, multi-property accounting, vendor payments, etc.).
• Collaborate with SCM and HCM teams for

  cross-module integration

  .
• Drive

  CRP, UAT, and Go-Live

  activities; deliver user training and knowledge transfer.
• Provide

  post-go-live support

  , troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with

  local accounting standards, IFRS, and internal audit policies

  .
• Mentor junior consultants and oversee finance workstreams on projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years

  of Finance domain experience, including at least

  6-7 years in Oracle Fusion Finance

  .
• Strong expertise in:
• General Ledger (GL), AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses
• Multi-currency and multi-entity financial setups
• Hospitality-specific processes (Revenue recognition, F&B cost accounting, daily property-level accounting).
• Proven experience in

  leading Oracle Fusion Finance implementations

  .
• Good understanding of

  integrations with SCM and HCM modules

  .
• Experience in statutory compliance, taxation, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

  .
• Professional certifications such as

  CA, CPA, CMA

  are an advantage.
