Internal Audit:Auditor - Snap Audit

Role description

�

�         Identification of internal and external triggers for conducting of snap audits

�         Supervision of commencement and completion of snap audits within time norms. Adherence to the processes as per the Master Audit Policy and Snap Audit Framework.

�         Ensure comprehensiveness and quality of snap audit - comprehensiveness and quality of snap audits, focus on Root Cause Analysis, identification of Process / Control Gaps, provide qualitative recommendations for improvement of processes and mitigation of Risk, maintaining evidence, records & documentation pertaining to snap audits

�         snap audit actionables as per timelines defined in the Master Audit Policy and Snap Audit Framework

�         Adhoc review conducted on complaints/issues received from Whistleblower Committee/Regulators/Management/Other teams

�         Reporting of snap audit findings to Audit Committee

-Qualitative preparation of notes / presentations

-Maintenance of files and records.

�         Timely submission of audit findings to Regulators as per defined framework

�         Reporting of frauds/suspected frauds identified during the course of snap audit

�         Ensure preparation and maintenance of Error free and timely MIS

�         Build a Strong Working Relationship with various departments for timely implementation of audit recommendations

�         CA with at least 2-10 years of banking experience including work experience in Internal Audit, Fraud Investigations, Data analysis. Additional professional certifications will be an added advantage

�         Experience in managing financial crime investigations/audit related to frauds, complaints, whistle blower, staff misconduct, money laundering etc., data analysis and extensive knowledge of risks, processes, controls related to Banks.

�         Experience in preparing reports/ developing dashboards for senior management using various dashboarding tools and systems. Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills

�         Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills

�         Ability to manage the team independently with limited supervision

�         Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

�         Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals

�         Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
