Job Title: Intern – Product Success/Technical Support
Location: Delhi Headquarters located in Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi

Internship Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Product Success Intern to join our team and support efforts in
ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to customers across Logistics, SaaS, and
Electronics domains. As part of the Product Success team, you will assist in monitoring product
performance, gathering user feedback, and helping to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in tracking and analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and
hardware/software quality reports.
2. Support the creation of reports and dashboards showcasing product success metrics
and quality control data for both hardware and software products.
3. Assist in preparing user manuals, FAQs, guides, and technical documentation to support
both hardware and software users.
4. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to suggest product
improvements based on customer feedback, technical support cases, and quality
insights.
5. Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, technical support,
and product engineers to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
6. Conduct competitor research and market analysis focusing on product features,
hardware reliability, software functionality, and customer service standards.
