We are currently looking for an Intern - Talent & Community Management to join our team at Kulfi Collective. Reporting to the AVP - Talent & Community Management, you will be an integral part of our dynamic organization based in Mumbai. This is a 3-6 months internship with a stipend ranging from 10,000-15000/month, starting as soon as you're ready to roll! Kulfi Collective is a modern media network that operates at the intersection of content, community, and culture. We bring together talent, technology, and data to create and distribute multi-format, multi-platform content for Gen Y and Gen Z audiences in India and around the world. Our operations span across three verticals - Supari Studios (brand solutions), Post Office (immersive & digital experiences), and Keeda Media (original IPs). As an Intern - Talent & Community Management at Kulfi Collective, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent team. We are seeking a people person with a keen eye for spreadsheets and a passion for nurturing talent. You will be responsible for maintaining our talent databases, tracking talent across various roles, assisting in entry-level hiring processes, and exploring opportunities for talent development within the industry. We are looking for a student or recent graduate who is enthusiastic about HR, talent, and people operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable with spreadsheets, adept at communication, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
