Job Description – Research Intern

Position: Account Manager Intern

Location: GMS Road, Dehradun

Mode: In-Office

Duration: 3–6 Months

Type: Paid Internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Account Management team in handling client communication and servicing.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are executed as per client expectations.
3. Prepare and maintain client reports, presentations, and performance trackers.
4. Assist in resolving client queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Contribute ideas for client retention and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
4. Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Job Description – Sales Intern

1. Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
3. Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
4. Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
5. Update CRM/database and maintain sales activity reports.
6. Work closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
3. Highly motivated and target-driven attitude.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
