Recruitment Intern -

On The Job Training Module

(12-Month Internship)

Location:

GHAZIABAD

Stipend:

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month purely based on

Assessment Process.

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Who Can Apply?

Fresh graduates (B. Com, BBA, B. Tech, MBA etc.)
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Must be comfortable working full-time for 1 year
Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and proper WFH setup

Key Skills Required

English fluency – Clear speaking and professional writing
MS Excel proficiency – Above basic (formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, basic dashboards)
Attention to detail, time discipline, and accountability
We’re seeking someone who’s not just willing to learn, but also values feedback and continuous improvement.

You Will Be Trained In

Understanding client requirements and decoding job descriptions
Industry mapping and identifying competitor hiring patterns
Identifying critical technical and behavioral skills from JDs
Working within a future-ready recruitment process
Exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), candidate outreach tools, and AI-powered screening techniques
Navigating and sustaining efficiency in a highly process-driven system
Developing individual leadership, ownership mindset, and professional client handling

Additional Information

Internship Certificate will be issued only on successful completion of 12 months
Based on performance, interns may be offered permanent roles such as:
