About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the CMO’s Office. This role will offer a unique opportunity to work directly with the leadership team on high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will support the Chief Marketing Officer in conducting market research, analyzing performance data, benchmarking competitors, and preparing strategic reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct secondary research on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and category insights.
- Analyze internal marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Work on marketing dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly business review decks.
- Support in developing business cases for new product ideas or brand initiatives.
- Benchmark best practices across industries (FMCG, D2C, Beauty, Lifestyle, etc.).
- Track and summarize industry news, innovations, and marketing trends.
- Assist in preparing presentations and briefing documents for internal meetings or leadership reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (eCommerce, Sales, Product, etc.) for data gathering and insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools preferred).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for presentation-making.
- A keen interest in consumer brands, marketing strategy, and business problem-solving.
- Self-starter attitude with a high sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Prior internship or coursework in strategy, marketing, or market research is a plus.
While this internship is for a fixed period, outstanding interns may be considered for full-time positions based on performance and availability or the requirements within the company. We encourage you to demonstrate your skills and dedication throughout your time with us.
