Heres What You Need:

1. MBA in HR (preferred) with understanding of HR Principles, particularly L&D.
2. Organizational Psychology background will be preferred.
3. Confidence in delivering a presentation
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills; high quality document & report preparation
5. Excellent MS Office skills
6. Networking skills
7. Agile and self-driven passionate individual
8. Should be comfortable to work in EST shift at least once a week
