Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.

Candidate Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Coordinate and manage candidate communications, including interview invitations and follow-up emails.
  • Assist in the management of the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely updates to the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and the companys career page.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track the progress of hiring initiatives.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in gathering candidate feedback after interviews and communicating it to the relevant teams.
