Key Responsibilities

• Operational Execution
• Manage and log paid content campaigns using internal tools.
• Track live execution and troubleshoot delivery issues in real-time.
• Ensure timely and accurate post deployments in coordination with content partners.
• Audit & Quality Control
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with campaign requirements.
• Maintain and track error logs, escalations, and resolutions.
• Improve visibility and accountability through better documentation.
• Feedback & Tool Improvement
• Identify gaps in the internal tool and document product feedback.
• Coordinate with Product/Tech teams to help drive improvements.
• Create detailed SOPs and bug reports for recurring issues.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to collect feedback.
• Speak with users, influencers, and partners to understand operational pain points.
• Support in negotiations and relationship management where needed.

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Comfortable with feedback calls and user conversations.
• Good with documentation, task tracking, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Confidence and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
• Prior internship or campus experience in marketing/ops is a plus.
