About the role

You’ll work closely with the CRM to help drive retention, engagement, and user lifecycle management.

Must-Have Skills
1. Strong Interest in CRM & User Engagement Enthusiastic about digital marketing, consumer behavior, and driving user retention.

2. Good Communication and Writing Skills Able to draft clear, user-friendly push notifications, SMS, and emails. Strong grammar, attention to tone and message brevity.

3. Investing in Self-Learning Actively learning CRM, marketing tools, or behavioral analytics through courses, YouTube, or side projects.

Key Tools/Technologies
1. MoEngage or similar CRM platforms (training will be provided) 2. Excel or Google Sheets
