Intern - CRM

As a candidate for this role, you will be provided with comprehensive training for the entire project, including configuration and multiple site visits. Your primary responsibilities will involve presenting flat specifications to customers, building relationships with customers and stakeholders to facilitate agreements, and engaging with the technical and marketing teams for possession and gifting activities respectively. You will be tasked with planning and executing the setup, conducting walkthroughs with customers post-possession, and visiting sites and offices as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records of possessions and gifts, handling documentation including printing and filing possession letters, parking letters, indemnity forms, and receipts, as well as inputting receipts into the ERP system. In addition to your core responsibilities, you may need to make cold calls to customers when necessary.
