Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and draft solutions for review.
• Support any appropriate administrative delivery for projects or programs.
• Tasks are performed on a day-to-day basis, with periodic review and guidance from line manager or senior team stakeholder.
• Predominantly will interact within the Business Academy team, though may join meetings or email threads that include the wider business.

Key Requirements

• Adheres to the values of TMF Group in all interactions, both internal and external.
• Shows awareness of who their stakeholders are and their business needs.
• Responds promptly to client requests and whenever possible within agreed timelines.
• Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate.
• Understand the impact of poor service and confident to escalate issues when needed.
• Graduate or post-graduate student with focus on Adult Learning Theory and Design, or other business-aligned studies.

• Work with colleagues and clients around the world on interesting and challenging work.
