Job Description

Job Title :- Site Supervisor Job Summary:- The Site Supervisor oversees on-site activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. The role requires advanced computer knowledge to manage digital project documentation, reporting, and communication tools for smooth coordination between teams and departments Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including labor, materials, and subcontractors. Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Maintain accurate site records, reports, and logs using digital tools and software. Use computer applications (Excel, Word, MS Project,, etc.) for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors to resolve technical or operational issues. Ensure all site documentation, permits, and quality records are updated and stored digitally. Conduct safety briefings and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Assist in estimating, scheduling, and procurement tasks as required. Communicate project updates and site issues effectively through emails, digital dashboards, and meetings.
