Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Site Supervisor to join our team for an esteemed, large-scale interior contracting project in Kochi. You will work closely with the Site Supervisor, assisting in the day-to-day management of on-site activities to ensure the project is completed efficiently and to our high standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with foundational experience in civil engineering or interior design who is eager to grow in the field of project execution. Key Responsibilities : Assist in project execution and supervision of daily on-site work. Coordinate with laborers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks. Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, material consumption, and labor attendance. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Troubleshoot minor on-site issues and report major challenges to the Site Supervisor. Collaborate with the design team to understand and implement project drawings and specifications. Required Skills & Experience: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of on-site experience, preferably in interior contracting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of standard safety protocols on a construction site. Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice to Haves): Experience with project management software.
