Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The role involves managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales cycle from lead generation to project closure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships (residential & commercial).
  • Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of interior products, materials, and design trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Lead, motivate, and train sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) in interior sales / business development, preferably in modular kitchen, wardrobes, furniture, or turnkey interior solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into client requirements.
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong network within real estate, architects, builders, and corporate clients is an added advantage.
