Interior Designer

Job Title: Senior Interior Designer Location: Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore Department: Interior Design / Architecture   Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and furnishings. This role requires end-to-end project ownership—from concept development to installation. Key Responsibilities: Lead interior design projects from initial concept through final execution, including design development, space planning, and detailing. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and lifestyle, translating them into design concepts and solutions. Supervise and mentor junior designers and project teams to ensure design excellence and timely delivery. Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor in alignment with client goals and project budget. Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, presentation decks, and detailed working drawings. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets, timelines, and procurement processes. Conduct site visits and oversee installation to ensure quality and design intent are maintained. Stay current with trends in interior design, materials, and technologies. Will also be heading the department. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in interior design, including leadership roles. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end design work across various project types. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion). Excellent knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and construction detailing. Strong project management and team leadership skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Attention to detail and a deep understanding of design aesthetics and function. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): NCIDQ certification or equivalent. LEED or WELL accreditation. Experience working on international or luxury interior design projects. Familiarity with procurement, FF&E specification, and budget tracking tools.     Salary Package: 7.2LPA
