Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive at [Interior Design Firm Name], your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients, present our design services, and secure new projects. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Prospecting and Outreach:

1. Identify and research potential clients in the target market.

2. Contact potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.

3. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for potential design projects.

Client Engagement and Presentation:

1. Conduct client meetings and consultations to understand their design needs and preferences.

2. Present our design services and portfolio to potential clients effectively.

3. Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to individual client requirements.

Relationship Building:

1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

2. Act as a trusted advisor, offering design recommendations and solutions.

3. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Target Achievement:

1. Work toward and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

2. Continuously update and track progress in the CRM system.

3. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven sales experience, preferably in interior design or a related industry.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

5. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Salary: Rs 18000/- to 20000/- per month plus commission (as per rules)
