Role Description This is a full-time on-site Interior Designer role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts, space planning, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, developing detailed design plans, collaborating with architects and construction teams, and overseeing the project execution to ensure adherence to design specifications and client satisfaction. Qualifications Experienced in Interior Design and Space Planning Knowledgeable in Architecture and Construction Drawings Skilled in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Coordination Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar

Here are the key responsibilities of 3D Artist required for our firm: 3D Modeling and Rendering: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and other design elements based on architectural plans and design concepts. Utilize industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools for modeling, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications. Apply texturing, materials, and lighting to achieve realistic renderings that portray the intended design aesthetics. Interior Visualization: Collaborate with the design team to understand the project requirements and design intent, ensuring the 3D visualizations align with the overall design concept. Produce high-quality interior renderings and walkthroughs that showcase various design options and perspectives for client presentations and marketing materials. Bring creativity and artistic flair to the visualizations, enhancing the visual appeal and emotional impact of the spaces portrayed. Material and Color Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, textures, and color schemes for different interior elements to achieve cohesive and visually appealing design solutions. Conduct research on the latest interior design trends and materials to stay updated with industry advancements and integrate innovative elements into the visualizations. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design team, architects, and project managers to understand project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
