Interior Design Manager

About the Role:

concept to completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end design execution — from client briefing, layout planning, material selection, to final handover.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards and timelines.
• Prepare BOQs, presentations, and project reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum

  4–6 years of experience

  in residential or commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong aesthetic sense, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
