About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end system design for distributed SaaS platforms.
• Architect and implement robust, secure, and modular microservices.
• Lead integration of AI/ML components and third-party services.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and DevOps pipelines.
  

Product Execution

• Partner with Product, Design, and Business teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle: sprint planning, development, release.
• Lead tech transformation projects including legacy migration (e.g., PHP to Node.js).
• Ensure system reliability through structured monitoring and incident resolution.
  

Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering and product teams.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and learning.
• Partner with hiring teams to scale effectively while maintaining quality.
  

Strategic Initiatives & Innovation

• Collaborate with leadership to align platform roadmap with business goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for practical adoption.
• Drive strategic technology initiatives, including digital transformation and AI-first product capabilities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, including experience in team leadership.
• Proven track record in building and scaling SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Strong full-stack development background (Node.js, Java Spring Boot, React.js).
• Proficient in cloud architecture and services (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and system design.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in start-up's or high-growth product environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations, GenAI tools, or chatbot platforms.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or cloud (AWS/GCP).
