Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide design processes.
  

Design & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure designs align with brand identity and accessibility & Implementation :
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to implement designs.
• Participate in agile development processes, providing design input throughout.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and changing Improvement :
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
  

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science with a design focus, or a related field.
• Experience : 1+ years of proven experience in User Experience (UX) design, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Industry Preference : Preferably, prior experience in the FMCG or organic food industry, or similar consumer-facing digital products.
  

Technical Skills (IT & Design Tools)

• Proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Strong understanding of how designs translate into code, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Material-UI).
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies (e.g., UserTesting.com, Maze, or inhouse methods).
• Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) for understanding user behavior data.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and designing for various screen sizes (web, mobile iOS/Android).
• Design Principles : Strong understanding and practical application of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design methodologies.
• Communication : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
