✔ Support incident & complaint management across clinical services

✔ Ensure accuracy in documentation & reporting for Quality & Governance

✔ Assist in compliance activities, audits, and KPI monitoring

✔ Provide administrative & reporting support to the Governance team

✔ Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement


Skills we’re seeking:

✅ Strong attention to detail & organizational skills

✅ Experience in clinical governance / quality administration

✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio)

✅ Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
