Job Title : Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle : coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Review code, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to optimize development processes.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security across applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Promote continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education : B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience : 8-12 years in software development with at least 2-3 years in a lead/mentorship role.
  

Technical Expertise

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue (frontend).
• Expertise in Node.js/Java/.NET/Python (backend).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
