🚀 We’re Hiring – Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Developer | Pune | 6+ Years Experience

Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design & develop integrations using
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
and related tools
Write, debug, and optimize
PL/SQL
for data transformation, automation, and workflows in Oracle Fusion HCM
Implement secure data exchange using
REST, SOAP, SFTP, XML, JSON
Develop and troubleshoot
HCM Extracts
and
BI Publisher Reports
for analytics & reporting
Apply integration best practices and ensure compliance with security & governance standards
Participate in all phases of the
SDLC
, from requirements to deployment and performance optimization
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure integration success
Maintain clear technical documentation and design specifications

Mandatory Skills:

Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Development (OIC)
PL/SQL coding, debugging, and performance tuning
Web services & secure data exchange (REST, SOAP, SFTP)
HCM Extracts & BI Publisher report development
Oracle database & data warehousing experience
Security, compliance, and governance in integrations
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have:

Agile methodology experience (Jira, GitHub)
Oracle HCM & OIC certifications
Incident management & disaster recovery knowledge
Mentoring & technical leadership skills
Exposure to alternative integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi)
