Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager located in Thane. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for managing insurance sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the role involves financial oversight of the sales process and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of the Insurance industry
• Proven skills in Customer Service and Finance
• Strong Team Management and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with digital health solutions is a plus
