Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and execution-focused professional to join our growing insurance team. You will work at the intersection of digital strategy, business development, and regulatory compliance to build and scale our insurance distribution platform. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, ownership, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: What We’re Looking For: 1. Digital Distribution Strategy o Define and execute go-to-market strategies for insurance products across life, health, and general insurance. o Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to drive digital journeys for purchase and servicing. 2. Business Partnerships: o Onboard and manage relationships with insurance partners (Insurers, Brokers, TPAs). o Co-create value propositions, drive joint campaigns, and optimize commercial models. 3. IRDAI Compliance & Regulatory Management: o Ensure all initiatives are in line with IRDAI norms and evolving regulatory requirements. o Liaise with compliance/legal teams and regulators as needed. 4. Drive Bottom Line : o Track key KPIs – premium volumes, commission income, product attachment rates. o Identify levers to improve unit economics and customer lifetime value through protection cross-sell. 5. Support for Other Cross-Sell Initiatives o Be willing to work on other non-insurance cross-sell products. o Identify and evaluate cross-sell opportunities and products across the customer lifecycle. o Responsibilities will mirror insurance distribution – including digital strategy, partner management, compliance, and P&L ownership. • 3–6 years of experience in fintech/insurance/financial services/startups. • Prior exposure to insurance or product distribution (broker, digital platform, or B2C fintech) preferred. • Comfort working in ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action. • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Understanding of IRDAI regulations (POSP, Corporate Agency, ISNP etc.) is a plus . • Hunger to build new products and willingness to operate across verticals.
