Insurance Lead

As an experienced candidate in the insurance industry, you will be responsible for driving strategy, P&L, business growth, and distribution for the insurance vertical. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and managing partnerships with insurers, brokers, and other ecosystem players. - Leading end-to-end product lifecycle design, launch, and scale innovative insurance products. - Monitoring portfolio performance, claims processes, and customer satisfaction. - Collaborating with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless insurance journeys. To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required: - MBA/CA or equivalent with 6-10 years of experience in insurance, fintech, or banking. - Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and regulations. - Proven track record of scaling insurance solutions and managing P&L. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. - Exposure to digital-first/fintech environments is preferred.,
