Instrumentation Engineer

You are an excellent leader sought by an ultra-modern, Auto mode Milk and milk products processing Plant for the role of Manager Production-Dairy at their manufacturing unit in Western Uttar Pradesh. **Role Overview:** As an Instrumentation Engineer in a dairy company, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the instrumentation systems and equipment used in milk processing, quality control, and storage. Your role will involve ensuring optimal performance, accuracy, and reliability of instrumentation to support the production process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and maintain instruments such as flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, level transmitters, and pH meters. - Ensure all instruments are calibrated regularly and function accurately. - Manage and troubleshoot automation systems, including PLCs and SCADA systems. - Oversee the installation and commissioning of new instrumentation and control systems. - Diagnose and resolve issues with instrumentation and control systems to minimize downtime. - Ensure instrumentation is aligned with quality control standards to maintain product consistency. - Maintain logs of calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. - Analyze data trends to identify areas for process improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering; prior experience in the dairy or food processing industry is advantageous. - Expertise in calibration, instrumentation maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Proficiency in automation tools such as PLCs, SCADA, and HMI. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication and collaboration skills.
